ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Uniqeka Powell! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston–Downtown and have spent the past seven years teaching from supporting students with behavioral needs to working in early childhood special education.
Helping students grow, learn, and discover their strengths is truly my passion. In the summer of 2024, I began my Master of Education program with a heart for expanding my knowledge and serving students and families in a new way.
I am thrilled to be graduating from Sul Ross State University and even more excited to begin my journey as an Educational Diagnostician. I can’t wait to get started and make a meaningful difference!
